Returns & Exchanges

  1. Press the button above to start your return. Enter your email and we will send you a 6-digit login code.
  2. Click on the order for which you wish to make the exchange or return.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
  4. Select a return reason.
  5. If your return is for an exchange, add a note with the details for the exchange (Size or Product).
  6. Click Request Return.

If your return request is authorized, you will receive an email with instructions and return address. Once the product is returned, the exchange or refund will proceed as the case may be.

RETURN POLICY

  • We offer 30 Days for exchanges and returns after purchase date.
  • The customer provides return shipping.
  • Items must be unused, with tags attached and original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days of receipt. It may take an additional 5 business days to appear in your bank account.


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can exchange for a different size or any other product on our website.
  • The customer provides return shipping.
  • We will send the exchange items for free. Only 1 exchange or return will be accepted per order.
  • For exchanges that are not the same price, we will refund any difference or contact you for additional payment if it costs more.

Take into account the following details before starting the exchange or return process:

  • If more than 30 days have passed after your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
  • Boots can be exchanged or returned only if the soles have not been scratched and the boots are in perfect condition.
  • Clothing must be unworn, in its packaging and with all tags still attached.
  • Hats must be unused, without any trace of sweat or stains.
  • If the original box of the boots is received damaged by tape or mailing labels, there will be a $5 surcharge. Please protect it with the same shipping bag or box to avoid this unnecessary surcharge.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable as they were used to pay for the original shipping.
  • Please retain proof of shipping and tracking number when shipping your return. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
